 - The refinery is being upgraded with deeper refining complex enabling the Company to raise the conversion ratio and enhance production quality.
 - The complex is to be equipped with hydrocracking and visbreaking units, a vacuum unit, and a diesel fuel hydro-dewaxing unit.
