- The Hoover Offshore Oil Pipeline System provides transportation for crude oil from offshore production facilities at the Diana Hoover Oil and Gas Field, Perdido Oil Field, Boomvang, Nansen and Gunnison offshore platforms to Seaway's facilities at Jones Creek and Texas City.
