Crude Supply

• Access to the Louisiana Offshore Oil Port (LOOP) where it can receive crude oil through pipeline or from five marine docks along the Mississippi River

• Products can be distributed via the Colonial Oil Products Pipeline, Bengal Oil Products Pipeline and Plantation Oil Products Pipeline

Projects

• A 25,000 bpd Alkylation unit is being constructed. Completion is planned for 2020
• The refinery was upgraded with the addition of a Hydrocracker in 2013

• 2008 - Fluor awarded engineering, procurement, construction and construction management services contract, for upgrade project
• 2011 - Air Products announces contract to Supply Additional Hydrogen following the upgrade
• 2018 - Alkylation project started
