With a comprehensive crude oil processing capacity of 23 million tpa, a urea capacity of 600,000 tpa, an aromatics capacity of 1 million tpa, a polypropylene(“PP”) capacity of 200,000 tpa, a deep water sea jetty with over 45 million tons of annual handling capacity and a tankage of over 3 million cubic meters, ZRCC is, for China, the largest base for crude oil processing, for imported crude oil processing and sour crude oil processing, an oil products export base as well as one of the major crude oil distribution bases.
