* 2007 - Clean gasoline project completed
* 2011 - Refinery capacity reduced to 350,000 bbl / day
* 2012 - HOVENSA Announces Closure of St. Croix Refinery
* 2014 - Atlantic Basin Refining agrees to acquire the refinery
* 2018 - Agreement signed to restart refinery
