2002 - Tangguh signed an agreement to supply LNG to the Fujian LNG terminal

Ongoing Projects/Project Status
By 2011, the new storage tanks No.3 and No.4 will be put into use, and the annual receiving capacity of Fujian LNG terminal will be doubled to 5.2 million tons.
Suppliers / Customers
Suppliers: The main supplier of the first phase is Tangguh LNG Terminal
Customers: After gasification, part of the gas will be supplied to gas-fired power plants in Putian, Jinjiang and Xiamen via gas transmission trunk lines, and the rest will be sent to enterprises and residents in 5 big cities in Fujian Province including Fuzhou, Putian, Quanzhou, Xiamen and Zhangzhou
Other Information
The cold energy from the gasification process is utilised by an Air Separation Unit, built in conjunction with Air Products
