The project exceeds the strict quality requirements of the contract. For example, the one-time welding pass rate of 9% nickel steel liner reached 98%, ranking the first among all LNG projects.

Description:
Shenzhen LNG Terminal project was mainly invested by CNOOC. The total investment was about RMB 8 billion. The receiving capacity is 4 million tons of LNG per year. The tank construction EPC project, i.e. turn-key project of four LNG full-capacity tanks (160,000m3) was completed by the joint venture established by TGE and Sinopec Ningbo Engineering Co., Ltd. TGE was responsible for the basic and detailed design of the tank bodies and foundations, the basic design of the pipes, steel structures, instruments and controllers beside the tanks, purchase and delivery of all imported materials and equipment, and management of the joint construction on site.

Description:

•The project includes the design, supply, component prefabrication, installation, construction, commissioning, start-up, storage and loading of the LNG, LPG and condensate export terminal.

•The LNG export capacity is 560 million m³ per year.

•The project includes two full-capacity LNG tanks (net capacity: 125,000 m³ each), one LPG tank (net capacity: 45,000 m³), one 75,000 m³ condensate tank and ships with the loading capacity of 160,000 m³.
